JEK Law, LLC text messaging

If you choose to receive texts, JEK Law, LLC may send messages to the phone number you provide about your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and related case communications. Some messages may be automated. This permission does not include marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final message confirming your request. To ask for help, reply HELP, call (877) 356-7661, or email yourcase@jeklawfirm.com. You may also contact the firm to change or withdraw your contact permissions.

Text consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting a case review or receiving legal services. Providing a phone number alone does not authorize texts. On our inquiry form, select Text messages as a safe contact method and separately select the optional SMS consent checkbox if you want texts. We follow your safe-contact instructions; a more restrictive safety instruction takes priority.

Texts may be visible to anyone with access to your device. Do not send sensitive documents or detailed case information by text unless the firm has arranged an appropriate way to do so.
